My process was very challenging one as it was related to some healthy issues, which required some deep study and understanding about the government PBS rules from both sides, customer and agent. That I believe was the key to get it sorted, work together, not just throwing tons of documents back to the agents and that’s it. I hadn’t read a lot and give them some information that could help.
